Hey Everyone I’m back from that big event i was at last week.Today I bring you a slightly different recipe from what I normally put on the blog. This recipe is on how to make homemade fresh Chicken Alfredo. This Recipe Is so easy that you could teach a rock how to make it.This Alfredo has that perfect balance of chicken and that perfect balance of creamy Alfredo sauce.Just thinking about it makes my eyes water. This dish takes about an hour to make but is totally worth it.
How To Make Homemade Chicken Alfredo
Melt 2 ounces of butter, add 1-2 Tablespoons minced garlic or 1-2 teaspoons of granulated garlic. Add 1/2 cup chicken stock and 2 cups cream. Bring to a simmer and add 1/2 to 3/4 cup parmesan cheese. Do not let the sauce boil; it will "break" If sauce does not thicken after simmering for a few minutes you can add a slurry.
Slurry:
1/4 cup cornstarch mixed with 1/4 cup cold water
