Breakfast Hamburger Recipe
Hey everyone today I when’t down to a restaurant up in owasso Oklahoma and they had a breakfast sandwich that was to die for.today I will teach you how to make a delicious breakfast sandwich with a great special sauce that will get your family crying for it every morning.this sandwich is topped with one 100% reel beef patty and fresh crispy bacon.last but not least this sandwich is topped with a fried egg and a fried hashbrown and the special sauce.The Monster Breakfast Sandwich is a must try and a sandwich I think you will love.
How To Make Monster sauce
Ingrediants
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons French dressing
- 4 teaspoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon finely minced white onion
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well.
2. Place the sauce in a covered container and refrigerate for several hours, or overnight, so that the flavors blend. Stir the sauce a couple of times as it chills.
Makes about 3/4 cup.
How To Make The Monster Breakfast Sandwich
This sandwich is easy to make below are the steps.
Ingrediants
*1/3 lb. ground chuck (per burger)
*Dash kosher salt
*Dash Black pepper
*2 tbsp. butter, divided
*1 egg
*1 slice cheddar cheese
*1/2 c. shredded hashbrowns
*1 tbsp. ketchup
*Burger buns
Directions for burger
*Form beef into ball and flatten into burger shaped patty. Using small glass, cut out center of the patty to form a donut shaped burger. Season with salt and pepper.
*Preheat cast-iron skillet to medium high heat and melt in 1 tbsp. butter. Place burger seasoned side down and season the other side. Cook for 2 minutes on first side then flip. After the flip. When burger is done, immediately top with cheese so it will melt.
*Place bun, cut side down, in pan used to cook burgers. Toast until lightly browned.Next crack an egg and microwave hash browns.
*To build burger, spread special sauce on bottom bun then place burger on top. Top burger with hashbrown and top bun
